This new Techo gadget are the most-desired electronic devices this holiday season. Of all the gifts people are craving, tablets with clothing taking the no 1 spot according to a consumer Association.

Bob 56, plans to purchase an iPad for his son and his sister  who lives in  Washington. His parents live in Florida. So he’s excited to be able to video chat with his parents – them on the new iPad, him on his iPhone.

Tablets were on many peoples wish lists last year, but they were too pricey and they technology was still new so was still getting adapted too, now with smartphones  everybody is getting more exposed to the new touchscreen technology.

Tablets are popping up in unexpected places, too. with  the ipad being used to control customised helicopters that can fly indoors , buggys made to be controlled by the iphone and ipad and many more gizmos.For some people, the device has become indispensable for playing and working.

But while many think of the iPad as synonymous with the word “tablet,” plenty of shoppers will be looking for a more affordable tablet to give this year with heaps of new customised software versions coming out with new android software.

I had a job on integrating a  ”AMAZON ASTORE” into a self hosted wordpress site. I trawled the internet for ways to best put in the “amazon astore”  to match the theme and design of the blog. I cam across  this site “ Robin Maluau – rockstar now geek” and “ Kristella’s blog” that gave me some useful tips, which probably wont make sense to some  who are not  as much technically minded. Since they  have published those useful posts for getting Amazon store to work with wordpress and blogger ,  blogger and wordpress itself has changed  and got updated to new versions  making “integrating  you amazon Astore more easy” than ever.

I  had the job of updating  a wordpress website “www.australianpropertymarket.com.au” with a Amazon product store, so  i did a bit of research  and found many articles some useful most outdated and finally  got  the amazon store nicely working  with wordpress just by copying and pasting code in wordpress. Its that siimple now !! 

Integrating Amazon A store Into wordpress / Blogger

I will show you how to integrate  you amazon store in few easy steps. Make sure you change the theme  while making the Astore  to match your store theme colours.

Create the Astore in amazon and get the inline frame embed link like below.

Got to word press , add new page   click the html mode and  post the embed  code you got into the page .Got to page attributes on your right  and switch the page template column to “page template – no sidebars” so that  your amazon sidebar is the only  sidebar that’s seen on the theme. Some themes block this feature  to not have the regular sidebar option , and you might have to mess around further with the code. Here is another example  of  the Amazon  astore Narvey Horman website on a standard wordpress template but without the Amazon sidebar ( adjusting the  width and height dimension in the  inline embed frame code of amazon will get  you this page) . Y0u can further mess around with the amazon code for width and height and change as necessary or then change the page attributes  to suit  where the “amazon page” goes on your links menu.

The guardian.co.uk says that e-retailing group Interactive Media in Retail Group (IMRG) forecasts in “UK consumers will spend £186m online on Christmas Day, a retail group forecasts, with the Boxing Day spend expected to be in excess of £365m” One of the popular UK online selling websites is “Argos” .

Often we receive emails from friends  and relatives and wish they paid more attention while sending a message that sounded rude  or then just forwarded randomly to  other people or something  similar that got us a bit annoyed or concerned .

Here is a short list of rules that can be followed so that  you  are seen a s a good email citizen  doing the right thing. Please do add to this if something comes to your mind  in t he comments columns below  and will add it if appropriate.

Email etiquette

1. Take Another Look Before You Send a Message – Email Etiquette Rule
Don’t send anything you don’t want to send.

2. Do Not Default to “Reply All” or overuse Reply to All – Email Etiquette Rule
Only use Reply to All if you really need your message to be seen by each person who received the original message.

3. Clean Up Emails Before Forwarding Them – Email Etiquette Rule
Forwarding emails is a great way of sharing ideas, but make sure the original idea is really meant for all in your list  and if the original email sender
would have wanted his or her message sent to all ?

4. Writing in All Caps is Like Shouting – Email Etiquette Rule
Don’t shout in your emails (and all caps is so difficult to read).

5. Make one last check that the address or addresses in the To: field are those you wish to send your reply to.

6. Always end your emails with “Thank you,” “Sincerely,” “Take it easy,” “Best regards” – or something nice !

Starting 1 March, 2011, PayPal customers in India will not be allowed to receive payments for any export-related goods or services for an amount exceeding US$500 per transaction. This change is to ensure that we continue to comply with the RBI Guidelines.
Q: Why will PayPal not allow me to keep money in my PayPal balance?
Starting 1 March, 2011, PayPal customers in India will not be able to keep money in their PayPal account balance. Instead, all money received into a PayPal account must be transferred to a customer’s India bank account within 7 days from the receipt of confirmation from the buyer in respect of the good or services. This change is to ensure that we continue to comply with the RBI Guidelines.

Q: The customers on my website are not able to complete purchase or pay via PayPal. Why?

Email virus spreading

I contacted her immediately to know that she had not sent me that email , soon enough  my other sister would  got infected  and she too started sending me spam emails .

Now the only way  i see it is , she possibly  got infected from the previous email sent  from my other sis hacked account , because that email went to everyone on her list. Now possibly  people clicked on that link in that email  and  got the virus  and  then  the virus continued to attack that person email list  and email everybody else from  this new list.

How to avoid this  email virus ??

Don’t click e-mails with suspicious links even if it came from someone you know.( if in doubt email them via another  sms, email or Facebook etc and confirm if they sent that email before clicking the link)

Update the to and from field in your email if  the email is sent to many people , proceed with caution.

Update your browsers

Update your   Anti virus ( if you don’t  have one get the free  AVG antivirus Or Avira free one )

Run a a whole pc  antivirus scan if you have a antivirus

what i really like bout the WD live box is  that the box is not broken it plays beautifully .Yet the  guys at the company are continuously evolving  patching the box with regular;ar  updates keeping up with all the current formats for video and music.Keep up the good work

It was all very sudden and so  passengers were not informed  of what was happening immediately but later  got told it was turbulence.
