This can be frustrating , but you could instead get to work in the meantime  to  fix your blog. here are some “tips to fix the panda downdate”

Tip 1 – Focus on getting more natural looking backlinks to your blog, don’t excessively use your primary keyword  in anchor text-link, diversify your words (long tail it). Apply the same to in-links to other pages in your blog.

Tip 2 -Don’t rely on few or couple of sources for all your backlinks Diversify use forums,blogs , well established directories, web 2.0 property sites, niche blogs, social book marking sites, edu links

Tip 3 – Make it really easy for your readers to share your content on social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Plus and Pinterest with plugins or coding

Tip 4 – Check your blog for any broken links, use a plugin like the Broken Link Checker to find and fix broken links.

Tip 5 – Get Google analytics , its free and Work on trying to reduce your blog’s bounce rate, . Try and get your bounce rate  under or around 70%.

Tip 6 – Check your blog’s loading time and fix it if too long and don’t overpopulate your blog with ads over the fold

Follow Top bloggers to become top money making blogger

But  there are some  that do ( up to a certain extent) reveal the blogging secrets, and the smart people  can get the clues from their posts (to get the bigger picture) from the information revealed. Makemoney online is a hard game  and i got some of my favourite bookmarked blogs that give me regular useful information , that you might find useful too which i have listed below.

Some of the blogs that i follow surely are some of the biggest money earners on the internet,  but in relation to handing out any useful tips to making money,  only a few of these blogs occasionally post anything useful when they are not flogging stuff. So i have ranked these blog’s below in order of importance to me and for you. Some of these  unfortunately as John Chow states, have pretty much become “internet marketing whores”  and they sometimes are blogs  that “who flog, more than blog”  ( yeh yeh !! sure  John Chow)

Making his money selling on amazon  , from his blog and now makes money buying and selling websites and also now bombards me with emails selling software  and plugins daily which is just about starting to annoy me with  its increased frequency . But he still dishes out good stuff , so ill hang on for a while receiving those emails 

2. Glen – - http://www.viperchill.com/

Makes money from his blog, amazon  and other projects . Has a wealth of seo optimization information

I recently  tried his  opt in membership plugin without much success and some precious real estate  taken up on mu blog  but then  found out  that i can get  members more by just making my request more visible on blog  on popular posts and  making the request more actionable and  so now  don’t need his plugin. But his Blog posts are AWESOME  so yeh  ” look it up “

3. Michael Gray – http://www.wolf-howl.com/

Michael blogs about a good mix of everything like SEO, driving traffic , Blog optimization and more. I like his blogs name “wolf –Howl” and he always has excellent images to go with his post which makes his blog look so good. ( hmm… hes climbed up to no 4 ranking on google.com.au for SEO Blog ..good luck buddy to the top )

4. Darren Rowse – http://www.problogger.net/

Had to put in fellow aussie blogger “Darren Rowse” on this list, he not only has quite detailed posts on how he started earning his money online  from his forums , but also detailed posts on how he earns money from his blogs , amazon  and how he drives traffic , build memberships  and makes money from affiliates.Dig deep into his blog to get  a wealth of information.

4. John Chow – http://www.johnchow.com/

He used to publish interesting stuff   that really helped  making money online, blogging and does  that now only once in a while ,in the meantime  he is just flogging stuff , software  etc  from his website.

5. Shoemoney – http://www.shoemoney.com

I used to follow shoemoney quite fervently 4 to 5 years ago when he used to blog quite useful  and details posts on makingmoneyonline , making money from AdSense ,  Adwords strategy and blog optimization , but now he just  posts pic’s of himself with good looking chicks and  occasionally  writes some detailed informative posts on SEO and  other stuff as mentioned above.

Have you noticed a recent drop in Google adsense earnings. I have too.. i decided to  use google’s own tool to investigate this issue ( Google UK Search). I information derived from the internet is pointing out  towards the  issue with blogs / websites not publishing the privacy policy that Google needs on all ad sense publishers blogs.

As Google have changed the Terms and Conditions of their Adsense program, one of the requirements now is that all Adsense publishers should have a "Privacy Policy" on their websites. Below is the exact wording that has been added to the Terms and Conditions for Adsense publishers.

"You must have and abide by an appropriate privacy policy that clearly discloses that third parties may be placing and reading cookies on your user’s browser, or using web beacons to collect information, in the course of ads being served on your website. Your privacy policy should also include information about user options for cookie management."

There are more plugins on the internet  than there is probably hair on my head ( not that i am going bald or something, i got a proper crop of hair ). But If your are looking for a plugin to do something for you in wordpress it is likely  you will run into heaps of wordpress plugins that will do the job for you and make it hard to choose.

I  primarily search for wordpress plugins that will make me money  directly or indirectly for me ,  whether it be for SEO or then Sydication  or then affiliate marketing plugin. Here are some top plugins that will help you make money in one way or the other by making your blog more optimized and user friendly and  therfore bringing more eyeballs to your blog.

The new google algorithm whack

This change seems to have primarily impacted very large sites with “item” pages that don’t have many individual links into them, might be several clicks from the home page, and may not have substantial unique and value-added content on them. For instance, ecommerce sites often have this structure. The individual product pages are unlikely to attract external links and the majority of the content may be imported from a manufacturer database. Of course, as with any change that results in a traffic hit for some sites, other sites experience the opposite. Based on Matt’s comment at Google I/O, the pages that are now ranking well for these long tail queries are from “higher quality” sites (or perhaps are “higher quality” pages).

So what can you do for your site  to rank well with new google algorithm whack ?

What’s a site owner to do? It can be difficult to create compelling content and attract links to these types of pages. My best suggestion to those who have been hit by this is to isolate a set of queries for which the site now is getting less traffic and check out the search results to see what pages are ranking instead. What qualities do they have that make them seen as valuable? For instance, I have no way of knowing how amazon.com has faired during this update, but they’ve done a fairly good job of making individual item pages with duplicated content from manufacturer’s databases unique and compelling by the addition of content like of user reviews. They have set up a fairly robust internal linking (and anchor text) structure with things like recommended items and lists. And they attract external links with features such as the my favorites widget.
