Many affiliate marketers who have flourished  and earned $$$$$$ making videos with dodgy claims  will be no more be able to do this. As with every unfortunate new regulation many honest affiliate marketers will also get hurt  and earnings affected

Vendors must submit a script prior to shooting the video. Videos will not be accepted without a script pre-review.

• Videos that portray or reference a fictionalized individual or life story, where a vendor makes false claims as part of the product pitch.
• Videos that portray or reference the vendor him or herself, where the vendor makes false claims about his earnings and experience as part of the product pitch.
• Videos which will not allow you to exit or pause. Expert endorsements without substantiation (for example, an endorsement from a doctor must have proof that the doctor has performed tests or evaluations performed by an actual doctor that has mastered the subject matter being described in the pitch).

Go find buying keywords using the Google keyword tool. Type in keywords like where to buy {item}, where to purchase {item}, buying {item} (get creative) and take the results and research them again until you find more buying keywords that you didn’t find before. If you do this multiple times you will find a lot of purchase keywords that people are entering in google to find a specific item.

They might not get a lot of traffic but typically people who type in these keywords into the search engines basically have their wallet in hand. I did this for a acai berry product and had some good success.

If you are spending money on PPC, then you should be pushing these people to an opt-in page for an email list. That way you can significantly increase the chances of converting them later on and this will cut some of your expenses.
